For mutual I was in charge of this lesson about being healthy. I thought that I could make up a little game about it. I don't know how well I did but, it's a game and it works for mutual. It is not that creative either in my opinion but like I said, I don't want to spend a lifetime on it:). So here it goes. Hopefully you find it useful. Maybe you will use it, who knows?
"Healthy Food Game"
Before you play talk with the people you are teaching about being healthy and how important it is to be healthy. Especially talk about how just about every food you buy from the store has something artificial in it, and to buy organic when posible. Blah Blah Blah, now let's do the game:).
Players
will each start with 50 "health points".What you do with the "health points" (on the right of each meal) is you read the meal options and the players decide which one they want to eat. Then you tell them how many "health points" they get for each meal they chose. If they have 0 health points they
lose or die of a heart attack.
*Advise
to players – think variety and colorful (rainbow colors).

If you would like you could add more meals.
I know a lot of the stuff you would never eat together. However, some people are wierd and do eat that stuff . . . I am guessing. And I hope that you didn't fall asleep while you where reading it. Anyway, I hope you liked it. And there you go, one game for mutual or whatever else, DONE:)
Great job! You could probably pass off something for doing this with Personal Progress too. Way to eat and teach healthy!
